Our Story
We built FuelK12 because we saw too many great EdTech ideas stall before they ever reached the classroom.
Brilliant founders, often former educators, were building products that could genuinely change learning. They lived the problem and brought a solution to the market they were passionate about. But again and again, we watched those products hit the same wall: the lack of knowledge on how to sell into schools.
The K-12 market has its own language, rhythm, and decision-making maze. It’s not just another sales funnel — it’s a system built on trust, timing, and relationships. While startup founders could find plenty of advice and support around how to build their pitch deck for investors, almost none of it fit the reality of selling to districts, principals, or superintendents.
So we created FuelK12 — a company built by people who know K-12 — to help EdTech teams bridge the gap between product and growth.

As we’ve grown, we’ve discovered something bigger:
This challenge isn’t limited to early-stage startups. Even growth-stage and established companies struggle to build consistent, scalable go-to-market systems in K-12. The problem isn’t just a lack of hustle… it’s a lack of structure, language, and strategy built for this market.
That’s why today, FuelK12 helps education companies at every stage — from first-time founders to national brands — create the systems, teams, and processes that turn opportunity into momentum.
Our purpose is simple:
To help innovative education companies get their solutions into the hands of the teachers and students who need them most.
We do that by combining strategy, training, and execution — helping organizations build their sales foundations and scale with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
FuelK12 exists because we believe the best ideas in education shouldn’t die in the startup graveyard or get stuck in the scaling plateau just because selling to schools is hard.
We’re here to change that one founder, one district, one student at a time.
